 Working with owners to develop and implement strategy including:

Domestic Utilities Company

Working with owners, management and staff across a variety of matters:

  • Working as part of App spin-out from existing business dealing with an online client services division, including drafting proposal; development of strategy and content; working with web development team to bring business online.
  • Advising board and executive team on business restructuring; advising on systems over-hall including CRM and project management software; review of existing CRM and advising on how to upgrade; & review of policies and procedures.
  • Review of contract management systems; revision of key contracts of business to bring in line with business processes and intended outcomes; management of external law firms to reduce costs and take up requisite advices; review of regulation and compliance.

Acting as project lead and client representative to establish an cross border capital raising structure:
